Our colleague Enno Kroesen will be speaking on behalf of Squadra ProcessMining at the 5th Annual Global Process Improvement and Operational Excellence Summit in Amsterdam this year March 28th.

At Squadra sharing knowledge is an important item. In this context we have intensified the collaboration with PLM guru Jos Voskuil and we had a good substantive discussion last Friday about how PIM and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) reinforce each other as part of the digital transformation among our customers and prospects and how PLM helps clients in managing the ideation process for private label products.
Keynote presentation by Squadra en Customer Data Platform Institute about “the state of Customer Data Platforms in the Benelux and the key drivers for succes” at the DDMA Dutch Data day in Amsterdam. Marketers everywhere recognize the need for complete, accurate, and actionable customer data. Customer Data Platforms have grown in recent years to fill this need. During the presentation the definition of CDP, how it differs from other customer data tools, best practices, industry development, and future trends will be explored.

Today’s marketers have more data available than ever but struggle to pull it together in a usable, centralized Customer 360 format. Customer Data Platform (CDP) technology offers the promise to solve this problem by offering easy-to-deploy systems resulting in data unification and sharing. But marketers, technologists and executives rightly wonder: can CDP really deliver on this promise?
On January 23, the Customer Data Platform Institute (CDPI) and Netherlands’ Squadra Group will host a marketing workshop intensive, “Making the Most of Customer Data Platforms,” to answer that question and provide a deep dive into this rapidly evolving martech sector, which is projected to exceed €200 million revenue in Europe by the start of the new year.
The Shopping Tomorrow expert group Customer Engagement, chaired by knowledge partner Squadra, was a guest at the ANWB for the 3rd meeting Customer Engagement. Interesting discussions on the topics Customer Insights and Customer Value Management. Sandy Zwanepol gave a very interesting presentation about the Bijenkorf. Frank de Wit (ANWB) offered the location and facilities.
The PIM expert group of Shopping Tomorrow was at Delihome (a.o. brands like Jéwé, Bruynzeel, Lundia, Skantrae, CanDo) for a very interesting meeting, facilitated by knowledge partner Squadra. First the beautiful showroom and the product location were visited, followed by presentations of Bol.com, Dorel (Maxicosi, among others) and Intergamma on User Generated Product Content (UGC). Subsequently, the 20 different experts from very different companies discussed these topics extensively. Some conclusions: 1. UGC is given a very different form within the B2C than in the B2B. 2. If UGC is reused in multiple channels and if it can be traced back to 1 product, UGC should end up in a PIM. 3. Good reviews of products lead to substantially more sales and indirectly to a large pond of improvements to the products (services) themselves.
